In the veterinary practice Dr. Morys work in addition to the experienced veterinarian Dr med. Vet. Ulrike Morys the internal and surgically experienced veterinarian Andrea Schmitz as well as four veterinary assistants.

– Doctorate in animal welfare
– Owner of Border Terrier “Fine”, hobby ornithologist, hobby photographer and member of NABU Düsseldorf e.V.

– Studied veterinary medicine at the University of Veterinary Medicine Hanover
– Until 2002 assistant veterinarian at the veterinary clinic Grußendorf-Bramsche
– Until 2010 assistant veterinarian in a small animal practice in Düsseldorf
– Since March 2010 working in the veterinary practice Dr. Morys
– Special interests: general consultation, surgery, ophthalmology & cytology
– Mother of 2 children and 1 dog & 1 cat

Mrs Schmitz is an enthusiastic diver.

– Dana Wolter will finish her training in our practice in 2022 and will remain with us.

We are very happy that she will continue to support us in the team.

In addition to her daily work as a TMFA, she runs a successful family business with 3 children, husband and King Poodle dog Alva.

At the weekend, Mrs Wolter enjoys mantrailing with her dog Alva.

Larissa Pleiß geb. Achilles

– 2012-2016 Training as TMFA
Ms Achilles joined the team as a veterinary assistant in May 2017.

Her areas of responsibility include:

– Surgery and treatment assistance
– laboratory
– Ordering
– Training management
Committed and cheerful, she is there with heart and soul for all animals and their owners.
She demonstrates her organisational talent every day, as she is the “boss” of the registration desk.
In addition to her daily work in the practice, Ms Pleiß enjoys riding/driving a carriage with her Norwegian “Kwentin”.

– From January 2003 self-employed with mobile veterinary care

– Since November 2011 back in the practice Morys as a part-time employee for treatment , surgery assistance and administration.

Since 2017 Mrs. Goffin takes care of the pharmacy administration, bookkeeping and accounting in our practice.

– Proud owner of 2 Australian Shepherd dogs and 5 tortoises.
With both Australian Shepherd training to become an Anoplophora detection dog team in 2017.

– 2002-2005 trained as a TMFA in a practice in Düsseldorf, worked in this practice until 03/2017

– Since July 2017 she supports the team of the practice Morys.

Her areas of responsibility include

– Treatment/ surgery assistance

– registration

– Laboratory

Mrs. Eßers has a very good grip on the ordering system.

We also call her OP nurse Nadine, because she likes to operate a lot with our doctor.

She likes to laugh until she cries.

On the side, she rocks a small family business with her child and boyfriend.

Her biggest hobby is her beautiful garden, which she takes care of with a lot of love and dedication.

Her biggest hobby besides her daily work is her motorbike.
She uses it to explore the most beautiful corners of Düsseldorf and the surrounding area.
